It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.
The Meta for Business community often uses the comment section to ask for help and advice on scaling their businesses on social media. We strive to meet our business community where they are by creating content that speaks to those needs and empowers businesses to take the next step (i.e. create a reel, download Meta Business suite, learn how to increase return on ad spend, etc.).
We published a series of 4 reels (<60 sec) featuring Meta experts answering a FAQ and sharing best practices using readily-available tools and products. The tone is relaxed and relatable. Each episode drove to a bespoke web destination that was directly tied to the episode topic (1:1 versus driving to a generalized landing page).
Through community management, we identified the top-asked questions, paired them with Meta Client Solutions Managers and creative pros to demystify key topics that might be a barrier for entry, and utilized a historically high-performing format to create a net new content franchise aptly named “Ask an Expert.”
“Ask an Expert” drove businesses from social to bespoke web resources as a catalyst for action, which is an optimal case study of using social to prime our business customers to unlock economic opportunity.
